Lifestyle newborn photography is one of my FAVORITE genres to photograph. As an Orange County Lifestyle Newborn Photographer, I adore capturing a new baby, in their new surroundings. I love getting to capture these moments of bonding with baby and parents, and also other siblings (whether fur siblings or the human kind). Everything is so fresh, new, exciting, and maybe a little scary when you bring your baby home from the hospital.

Thy & Justin hired me for their in home lifestyle newborn session and I was honored to get to meet baby Ethan and his big sister. I take being allowed into a family's home very seriously. It's an honor to be allowed in your space, your safe place. Thy was a little nervous thinking maybe their house wasn't the "perfect" place to have photos done, but I promise you this... your house, where you are most comfortable, is always a great place for photos. It's YOU! It's your family! It's real! 

I got to meet the Wang family and I just adored getting to spend time with this family. Baby Ethan made some of the cutest faces throughout the entire session (and he sneezed after he ate EVERY. TIME, which I thought was adorable). Big sister, Lucy, was so fun to watch. Her smile was contagious and she even gave me some "duck lips" at one point.
